Do you get angry easily? Do you lash out verbally or physically when pushed too far? One must be careful about anger. Is there a just cause, such as when someone’s innocence is violated or the helpless are being taken advantage of?

Oftentimes, our anger is about personal offenses; not getting our own way, having someone disagree with us, or having what we feel is our right taken away from us. This kind of anger is usually counterproductive physically, emotionally, and socially.
