I have noticed that drivers tend to reward themselves for good behavior and achievements with food - junk food that is. This can also be a way to cope with stress. There are better ways to deal with stress. You could spend time doing a hobby, walk the parking lot, take a few deep breaths or just read. Let us know if you need more resources. Comment here.
